Additional journeys and changes beyond the agreed scope are estimated separately. Product bug fixes remain with your team unless explicitly included.

An existing suite, release schedule, reporting channel and agreed maintenance priorities.

Acceptance

Review suite health, outstanding risks and completed work at the agreed reporting cadence.

The monthly quote reflects the number and complexity of agreed workflows. No seat-based fees or Qalitative per-run charges. Setup, CI infrastructure costs, human review hours, response expectations and new-test capacity are agreed separately in the proposal. Automated runs do not imply 24/7 human support.

What shapes the quote?

  • Number and complexity of maintained workflows. A workflow is a customer journey, such as signing in, checking out or issuing a refund. Its scenarios and variants are agreed in the scope.
  • Test data, roles and environment readiness.
  • Existing suite quality and CI requirements.
  • Reporting, maintenance and new-test capacity.
  • Initial setup and any third-party CI or infrastructure costs, identified separately in the proposal.

When are timelines confirmed?

After reviewing the proposed scope and dependencies. The written proposal sets milestones, review points and responsibilities. Changes to that scope are discussed before additional work begins.
