Information you provide

Qalitative receives the information you choose to provide when you book a call or contact us, such as your name, work email, company details, and information about your testing needs.

How it is used

This information is used to respond to your request, schedule a conversation, evaluate whether Qalitative can help, and deliver agreed services. Qalitative does not sell your personal information.

Service providers

The website and booking experience rely on third-party providers, including Vercel for hosting and optional analytics, and Calendly for scheduling. Those providers may process limited personal or technical information under their own privacy policies.

Hosting requests can include technical information such as IP address, browser and requested URL. Opening scheduling connects your browser to Calendly. See Vercel's privacy notice and Calendly's privacy notice. Provider processing may occur outside your country.

Cookies and optional analytics

Optional analytics are off until you accept. When enabled, they measure page visits and actions such as viewing examples or opening scheduling. We do not intentionally include enquiry text, names or email addresses in these events.

Your consent choice and its date are stored in your browser for 180 days, not in a tracking cookie. After accepting analytics, a temporary session value can remember where you opened booking. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent using the site or booking a call.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics and reloads the page to unload the analytics script. Calendly is loaded only when you open scheduling and manages its own cookie choices.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, or an active client relationship. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask Qalitative to correct or delete information you previously submitted. Email support@qalitative.com to make a privacy request or ask a question. Applicable rights depend on your location; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
